Mark your calendars for SATURDAY, APRIL 18TH for KF's 2nd Annual Day of the Dog Celebration! Through this event, we bring you the international Day of the Dog experience in partnership with the amazing Sneha's Care Rescue based in Nepal, to let you experience this ceremonial event to honor the relationship between dog and human. We focus on celebrating their companionship and loyalty.

In Nepal, all dogs get a blessing on Kukur Tihar (strays, personal dogs, police k9s, etc). It is beautiful and was truly a once in a lifetime experience our Founder got to enjoy firsthand. We will not be incorporating any religious aspects of this celebration as we want to be inclusive and highlight the core reason for this celebration - honoring the role our canine companions play in our lives.
